About The Role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and it's a very important part of the business. This bunch supports all other Revolut teams, helping us achieve our goals each and every day. From structuring credit programmes to launching into new territories, the Legal team does it all.
We're looking for a Senior Company Secretary to lead and oversee our global corporate governance framework. You'll be advising the board on complex regulatory matters, managing entity lifecycles across international jurisdictions, and driving compliance strategies.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Company Secretary to lead and oversee our global corporate governance framework. You'll be advising the board on complex regulatory matters, managing entity lifecycles across international jurisdictions, and driving compliance strategies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the coordination with legal and tax advisors to incorporate new subsidiaries and manage entity lifecycles
- Advising stakeholders on the application of corporate governance codes, frameworks, and disclosure obligations
- Overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of committee memberships and updating the global group structure chart
- Coordinating, scheduling, and delivering board and committee meetings while guiding agenda construction
- Drafting complex board and shareholder resolutions aligned with local laws and governance standards
- Supporting the implementation and continuous review of the corporate governance framework across entities
- Monitoring regulatory developments to provide strategic governance updates and horizon scanning to senior leadership
- Managing governance technology tools and centralised archiving for external auditors and regulators
- 4+ years of experience in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, or a related legal field
- Knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code and relevant governance standards (e.g., Prudential Regulation Authority or Financial Conduct Authority)
- Expertise in guiding executives and board members on complex corporate governance codes and frameworks
- Experience managing corporate lifecycles, statutory compliance, and ESG reporting for international entities
- A proven track record of project management in fast-paced, highly regulated environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with international teams
- Fluency in English
- A professional membership with the UK Chartered Governance Institute or admission as a qualified lawyer
- Experience working within a systemically important financial institution
- A post-graduate degree in law, finance, or corporate governance
- Experience implementing and managing governance technology platforms, like Diligent
