About the Role
As a Compliance Executive / Company Secretary, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our operations align with the highest standards of governance and meet all regulatory obligations set by SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, and depositories (NSDL/CDSL).
You'll collaborate across departments to:
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies and exchanges.
- Manage CTCL (Computer-to-Computer Link) operations and authorized dealer records.
- Coordinate internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Track and implement regulatory circulars, amendments, and compliance updates.
- Conduct compliance awareness training for employees.
- Support the Compliance Officer in risk assessments and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Law, or Finance
- Preferred: Company Secretary (CS) or CA (Inter)
- Experience: 13 years preferred (Freshers may also apply)
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, and depository compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory portals.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
