Role Description
DLF Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced individual for a Company Secretary Manager role with 10 years experience, based in Gurugram. The candidate will oversee corporate compliance, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and maintain essential corporate records. Responsibilities include organizing and managing board and committee meetings, preparing statutory reports, maintaining legal documentation, liaising with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with corporate governance norms, and advising the leadership team on corporate legal matters. Capability to handle Team is mandatory requirement.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in preparing board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory reports.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) certification is essential; a legal degree (LLB) will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with governance tools and software will be beneficial.
