Role and Responsibilities:
- End to end Compliances under Companies Act, LLP Act
- Maintenance of Statutory Registers, Filings with ROC/RD/Other relevant authorities
- Handlingdue diligence and legal aspects of raising funds from investorsand related compliances
- Compliance withFEMA, andkeeping track of overall compliance status.
- Monitoring of Compliance tool and co-ordination with other departments for monitoring of theCompliances;
- Toprovide Corporate Secretarial support to theANSR entitiesanditsClients;
- To support the Legal team in terms of LLP Agreement, JVAgreementand such other matters as and whenrequired;

- Ability to function independently yet communicates laterally and upwardly with ease.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complexissues;
- Experience of handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders iscrucial;

- Acts as the custodian of corporate records, statutorybooksandregisters;
- Able to contribute to the legal team as a team player as and whenrequired;
- Manage work and deliver within a dynamicenvironment;
Experience and Requirements
RequiredExperience and Skills:
Provenpost qualificationexperienceof6to10years asa CompanySecretary. Prior experience working in-house with a large multi-national organization, ideally in field services and/or IT will be looked upon favorably.Experience in record retention best practices will be an added advantage.
