We are hiring a Company Secretary – Listing Compliance for a reputed stock broking firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with listing regulations, monitoring company disclosures, and overseeing corporate governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, listing obligations, and disclosure requirements.
- Scrutinize and verify documents submitted by listed companies as per regulatory checklists.
- Seek clarifications from companies and ensure adherence to compliance norms.
- Re-check submitted documents for consistency and compliance adherence.
- Quarterly & Ongoing Compliance:
- Update internal systems with relevant compliance details for quarterly reporting.
- Upload financial records on NSE and coordinate with the Trade team for market communication.
- Issue approval notes, non-compliance letters, and show-cause notices to listed companies as per regulatory guidelines.
- Address escalated compliance issues by interacting with listed companies and resolving concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: CS (Company Secretary) qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: 4-9 years of experience in listing compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory filings.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and stock exchange regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in compliance management systems and reporting tools.
