Major Responsibilities
- Research
- 1+ years of work experience in implementing, managing and monitoring compliance programs
- Understand the Regulatory Compliance Requirements of different Industry
- Classifying, evaluating & prepare checklist of statutory compliances on the basis of business model including preparation and of Content based on the assigned Law Area(s)
- Preparation of Legal Update on recent changes in Legislations / Notifications / Circulars/Orders/Regulations.
- Implementation
- Setting the applicability of Compliance based on a client and nature of the business for successful implementation of Quant's product(s).
- Update clients on changing Regulatory Regime & its impact
- Should be able to independently manage business stakeholders and client implementation.
- Work closely with the Sales Team on setting up Pilot(s) and Demo(s)
- Customer Success
- Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a portfolio of clients
- Conducting demo and training sessions for existing and prospective clients on tool
- Handling and supporting the client on their query and periodically collecting feedback to ensure usage of Quant's products.
- Ability to multi-task and work to provide business solutions at speed
Qualification
CS and LLB with post qualification experience of 1-3 years in managing compliances or its Implementation especially in NBFC/Financial Services industry
