Job Description

  • Board Meetings (AGMs/EGMs) by preparing agenda papers, drafting resolutions, maintaining statutory registers, and ensuring timely disclosures to BSE, SEBI etc
  • Implementation of various corporate governance policies as mandated under SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
  • Coordination with external stakeholders including Stock Exchanges, SEBI, ROC, RTA, Depositories, Printers, Statutory & Secretarial Auditors etc
  • Preparation and finalization of the Annual Report and related annexures.
  • End-to-end ROC filings, including Annual Returns, XBRL filings, and maintenance of Statutory Registers & Minutes Books.
  • Strong expertise in SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA and Corporate Governance practices
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Handle Company Secretarial function as a sole resource
  • Handle all Company secretarial matter related to taking Company from Private limited to public limited and post listing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Company Secretary should have:

  • Company Secretary with 8 or more years post-qualification experience in Secretarial & Compliance functions (Candidate worked on IPO Journey and working in listed entity will be preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with Board, Management and CFO
