Company Secretary

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance practices, managing legal and regulatory requirements, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining accurate corporate records. The role will also involve coordinating board meetings, advising management on legal matters, and ensuring all statutory filings are completed on time. The individual will serve as a key liaison between the company and regulatory authorities.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal and corporate documents
• Organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining corporate records and meeting agendas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with board members, management, and external authorities
• Attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
• Membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or equivalent qualification
• A background in law, business administration, or related fields is advantageous
• Proficiency in office productivity software and corporate compliance tools
