Job Description

Industree Foundation drives regenerative economic transformation for India's most vulnerable women by enabling them to build and scale self-owned collective enterprises. The organization focuses on sustainable natural fiber and regenerative agricultural value chains, including banana, bamboo, and non-timber forest produce, and connects women producers to markets for natural, biodegradable products. Through 35 for-profit women's collectives and 4 producer companies, Industree supplies sustainable homewares and apparel to major global retailers, supported by an ecosystem that provides upskilling, capital, and digital tools. Industree has already impacted 500,000 lives and facilitated cumulative market access of over USD 58 million, with a strong focus on equity, gender, and climate. Its work helps women secure livelihoods close to home, gain economic and social agency, and become resilient, climate-positive agents of change in their communities.
