Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our team in Bhopal. This full-time hybrid role requires managing both on-site and remote responsibilities. The Company Secretary will be responsible for maintaining statutory registers, preparing and filing statutory returns, coordinating board meetings, drafting meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring legal, statutory, and regulatory compliance, and liaising with stakeholders, directors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance management, and relevant legal regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with experience in maintaining statutory records and handling company documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with board members, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in drafting meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business management tools.
  • Relevant qualifications such as Company Secretary certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in the technology, IT services, or similar industries is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, managing both in-office and remote tasks effectively.
