Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary based in Hyderabad. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory records, and drafting and filing corporate documentation. The role also involves providing advisory services on governance, legal compliance, corporate restructuring, and ensuring effective communication between the company and its regulatory authorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Corporate and Securities Laws, Company Law, IBC and compliance processes
  • Experience in handling regulatory approvals, licensing, FDI compliance, and dealings with government departments (ROC, MCA, RBI, etc.)
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal and governance-related documents, including shareholder agreements and transaction documents
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and ensure attention to detail
  • Membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Commerce or Law
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
