Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Corporate Governance & Compliance Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws, prepare and file statutory forms, and support Board & AGM meetings.
- Legal & Regulatory Filings Draft and file legal documents like MOA, AOA, and agreements, and support ROC filings and compliance audits.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping Maintain statutory registers, compliance checklists, and internal governance documentation.
- Legal Research Stay updated on amendments, case laws, and changing corporate regulations.
- Training & Reporting Participate in learning sessions and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Advisory Role (Under Supervision) Contribute to governance best practices and assist in risk identification.
