Job Role / Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial compliance for listed & unlisted companies

IPO-related assignments and preparation of DRHP

Adhering to SEBI regulatory requirements

Preparation and review of financial statements

Corporate finance & capital market assignments

Supporting IPO, listing and regulatory compliance processes

Research, analysis and documentation related to transactions

Location: Ahmedabad
