Title: Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant
Location: Noida
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Corporate Compliance.
About the Role:
Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to manage finance, taxation, auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting practices, legal compliance, and corporate regulations, along with the ability to handle financial and statutory responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and oversee Financial Accounting activities including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
● Handle Direct & Indirect Taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, tax audits, and statutory compliance.
● Conduct and coordinate Internal, Statutory, and Tax Audits while ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulations.
● Prepare and analyze Cost & Management Accounting reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business decisions.
● Support Financial Management & Corporate Finance functions including cash flow management, budgeting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
● Ensure compliance with applicable Company Law, ROC regulations, and other statutory requirements under the Companies Act.
● Manage Corporate Governance & Compliance Management activities including board meetings, resolutions, annual filings, and maintenance of legal documentation.
● Draft and review legal documents, notices, agreements, agendas, minutes of meetings, and other corporate records.
● Maintain and update Statutory Registers and ensure timely regulatory submissions.
● Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities whenever required.
Required Qualifications:
● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Company Secretary (CS).
● 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Corporate Compliance.
● Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, ROC filings, Companies Act, and related statutory regulations.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and MIS reporting tools.
● Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
● Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a professional environment.
