Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI and other corporate laws
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
  • Preparation and filing of ROC forms, annual returns, and resolutions
  • Drafting of agenda, minutes of meetings, notices, and board reports
  • Coordinate and manage Board Meetings, AGM & EGM
  • Provide legal and corporate governance support to management
  • Liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and consultants
  • Assist in corporate structuring and compliance planning

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • QualifiedCompany Secretary (CS)
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws & governance
  • Excellent drafting and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
