We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Company Secretary. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements while supporting governance and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of company secretarial records and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
  • Draft and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
  • Support in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other compliance documents.
  • Provide support in corporate governance matters.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in company secretarial or compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of company law and corporate governance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
