Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Company Owner. As a Company Owner at Namifly, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the organization, ensure the development and execution of business strategies, and provide leadership to the team. The role involves monitoring financial performance, building strategic partnerships, guiding the team towards achieving organizational goals, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives and maintaining a collaborative workplace culture.

- Proven experience in financial management, business operations, and organizational development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
