Job Description

  • Manage & execute Comp & Ben programs, including policy development, Benchmarking, and periodic reviews in collaboration with external consultants and business leaders.
  • Lead and deliver the end-to-end Annual Compensation Cycle.
  • Prepare routine, ad-hoc and customized reports aligned to business priorities, covering areas such as Comp & Ben, Attrition, Emp Engagement and People Strategy Analytics.
  • Source, clean, analyze & visualize data to generate actionable insights, enabling stakeholders at all levels to better understand organizational and workforce trends.
  • Leverage AI to drive efficiency and optimization in people processes.
  • Conduct research and perform detailed analysis to identify trends, develop project briefs, and support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Interpret complex workforce data and metrics to provide meaningful insights, recommendations and advisory support to leadership teams.
  • Manage human capital-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, quality standards and budget.
  • Build & maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation practices for publicly traded organizations, and designing competitive rewards frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate for this role should meet the following criteria:

  • 5-11 years of experience, preferably in Tech/Prod based orgs or Consulting firms
  • MBA/PGDM in HR
  • Bring solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, proactively overcoming challenges through teamwork and collective problem-solving.
