Key Responsibilities
Transport Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end employee transportation operations ensuring seamless 24/7 service delivery
- Manage centralized command operations and ensure efficient coordination of transport services
- Implement and update transport policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards
- Ensure smooth execution of daily commute operations across multiple locations
Team Leadership & Workforce Management
- Manage team schedules, shift planning, and daily activity coordination
- Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and coaching sessions
- Build a high-performing team focused on service excellence and operational efficiency
Vendor Management & Compliance
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle and driver onboarding and inductions
- Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
- Conduct monthly vendor performance reviews and maintain vendor scorecards
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations
Safety & Risk Management
- Ensure strict adherence to employee safety protocols, especially for women employees during odd hours
- Monitor and report transport-related incidents and implement preventive safety measures
- Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and safety guidelines
- Support implementation of business continuity and emergency response plans
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze transport data using systems such as MoveInSync
- Prepare monthly operational reports and maintain accurate data records and backups
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
- Support decision-making through data-driven insights
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transport efficiency and service quality
- Optimize route planning, fleet utilization, and cost management strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transport operations
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction
- Act as a point of contact for transport-related queries and escalations
- Ensure service delivery meets business expectations and organizational standards
