Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations Management

  • Oversee end-to-end employee transportation operations ensuring seamless 24/7 service delivery
  • Manage centralized command operations and ensure efficient coordination of transport services
  • Implement and update transport policies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Ensure smooth execution of daily commute operations across multiple locations

Team Leadership & Workforce Management

  • Manage team schedules, shift planning, and daily activity coordination
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and coaching sessions
  • Build a high-performing team focused on service excellence and operational efficiency

Vendor Management & Compliance

  • Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle and driver onboarding and inductions
  • Ensure 100% compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
  • Conduct monthly vendor performance reviews and maintain vendor scorecards
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations

Safety & Risk Management

  • Ensure strict adherence to employee safety protocols, especially for women employees during odd hours
  • Monitor and report transport-related incidents and implement preventive safety measures
  • Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and safety guidelines
  • Support implementation of business continuity and emergency response plans

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze transport data using systems such as MoveInSync
  • Prepare monthly operational reports and maintain accurate data records and backups
  • Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
  • Support decision-making through data-driven insights

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance transport efficiency and service quality
  • Optimize route planning, fleet utilization, and cost management strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across transport operations

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction
  • Act as a point of contact for transport-related queries and escalations
  • Ensure service delivery meets business expectations and organizational standards
