Key Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships within ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, B2B commerce, and technology communities.
- Actively participate in relevant LinkedIn Groups, Reddit communities, Quora discussions, Slack channels, and industry forums.
- Engage with industry influencers, partners, analysts, and prospective customers.
- Identify and participate in relevant online discussions to increase brand visibility and authority.
- Monitor industry conversations and share valuable insights with internal teams.
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media profiles, primarily LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Create and schedule social media content aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Drive engagement through comments, discussions, and audience interaction.
- Repurpose blogs, case studies, webinars, research reports, and whitepapers into social content.
- Track and improve social media growth and engagement metrics.
Partnership & Influencer Outreach
- Build relationships with platform partners, consultants, influencers, and industry experts.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, webinars, podcasts, guest articles, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, virtual sessions, and community activities.
Brand Advocacy
- Encourage employee participation in content sharing and brand-building initiatives.
- Support employee advocacy programs across social platforms.
- Help strengthen Magneto's reputation as a trusted digital commerce partner.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience engaging with online communities and industry forums.
- Ability to build relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
- Familiarity with digital commerce, ecommerce, SaaS, technology, or agency environments is preferred.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
