Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships within ecommerce, retail, manufacturing, B2B commerce, and technology communities.
  • Actively participate in relevant LinkedIn Groups, Reddit communities, Quora discussions, Slack channels, and industry forums.
  • Engage with industry influencers, partners, analysts, and prospective customers.
  • Identify and participate in relevant online discussions to increase brand visibility and authority.
  • Monitor industry conversations and share valuable insights with internal teams.

Social Media Management

  • Manage company social media profiles, primarily LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Create and schedule social media content aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Drive engagement through comments, discussions, and audience interaction.
  • Repurpose blogs, case studies, webinars, research reports, and whitepapers into social content.
  • Track and improve social media growth and engagement metrics.

Partnership & Influencer Outreach

  • Build relationships with platform partners, consultants, influencers, and industry experts.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, webinars, podcasts, guest articles, and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate participation in industry events, virtual sessions, and community activities.

Brand Advocacy

  • Encourage employee participation in content sharing and brand-building initiatives.
  • Support employee advocacy programs across social platforms.
  • Help strengthen Magneto's reputation as a trusted digital commerce partner.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with online communities and industry forums.
  • Ability to build relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Familiarity with digital commerce, ecommerce, SaaS, technology, or agency environments is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.

  • Community participation and engagement metrics.
  • Brand mentions and industry visibility.
