Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Community / Social Media Manager based in Thiruvananthapuram. The responsibilities include managing and growing social media platforms, creating and implementing engaging content strategies, optimizing social media profiles and posts for maximum reach, and fostering online engagement within communities. The role also involves monitoring social media trends and analytics to enhance performance and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging content
• Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Knowledge of social media platforms and trends to drive brand engagement
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Experience working in a similar role or managing online communities is a plus
• 2 years of experience
• Should be willing to relocate
