About MailClubs

MailClubs is a directory for physical mail clubs, pen pal communities, postcard exchanges, and snail mail communities around the world.

The Role

We're looking for a curious person who loves discovering interesting communities online.

You'll research snail mail clubs and communities, add them to the MailClubs directory, and create engaging social media content around what you discover. Even write a few handwritten letters.

What You'll Do

• Research snail mail clubs, pen pal groups, postcard exchanges, and letter writing communities.
• Discover interesting communities across Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, websites, and other platforms.
• Research and verify information about each community.
• Create social media posts featuring interesting clubs and communities.
• Write short descriptions, captions, and recommendations.
• Help grow MailClubs through organic social media and community discovery.
• Essentially work is going to be fun if you are into whimsy stuff.

What We're Looking For

• Strong internet research skills.
• Good written English.
• Curiosity and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using social media platforms.
• Interest in snail mail, pen pals, postcards, stationery, or online communities is a plus.
• No previous professional experience required.
