Role Mission

Your mission is simple and powerful:

Build strong relationships with parents so that happy families naturally bring other families to Sakha.

In education, trust spreads through people, not marketing.

If 10 parents trust us and each refers 2 more families, Sakha grows naturally and sustainably.

You will be the bridge between Sakha and the parent community.

Key Responsibilities

Build Meaningful Parent Relationships

• Connect warmly with parents in the community
• Understand each child's academic needs and concerns
• Become a trusted education guide for families
• Build genuine rapport with parents over time

Drive Word-of-Mouth Referrals

• Encourage happy parents to refer other families
• Build strong presence in:
• Apartment parent networks
• School parent groups
• Birthday parties and community gatherings
• Nurture parent ambassadors who naturally spread the word about Sakha

Admissions Counseling

• Meet prospective parents and understand their childs learning needs
• Explain Sakhas teaching approach in a simple and reassuring way
• Guide families in choosing the right program for their child
• Convert warm referrals into admissions through thoughtful conversations

Parent Experience & Community Care

• Ensure every parent feels heard, supported, and valued
• Maintain regular touchpoints with families
• Celebrate student progress and achievements with parents
• Strengthen long-term relationships with the community

Community Engagement

• Organize small parent meet-ups and open houses
• Facilitate meaningful discussions around childrens learning
• Create a warm and welcoming community environment around Sakha

Preferred Qualifications

We value people skills and emotional intelligence as much as academic background.

Preferred degrees include:

Psychology (BA / MA / Applied Psychology)

Education / Child Development (B.Ed / M.Ed)

Social Work or Community Development (BSW / MSW)

Sociology / Human Development

Candidates with experience in the following will also be highly valued:

• Parent relations roles
• Community engagement or education programs
