Role Description
Stipend : INR 5,000 per month plus incentives
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Act as the face of Hudle at partner venues, encouraging players to participate and stay connected.
- Event Management: Organize and promote open play games, community events, tournaments, leagues, and rated matches.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate with venue partners, coaches, and players to enhance the sports experience.
- Promotion: Support marketing efforts by creating buzz through local promotions, social media updates, and word-of-mouth.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from players and venue partners to provide actionable insights to the Hudle team.
- Community Management: Ensure a positive environment by enforcing community guidelines and resolving any issues.
- Monthly Reporting: Report on the number of players, games and events hosted and their performance to the Community Head.
Qualifications:
- Passion for sports, especially community-driven initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently.
- Previous experience in event management or community building is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for promotional activities.
