Location: NCR (Gurgaon), Bangalore, Mumbai and Kolkata

Duration: 6 Months

Full time post successful completion of internship

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven intern who is passionate about building communities and connecting with talented individuals. This role involves research, outreach, onboarding instructors, and coordinating events to strengthen our growing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Instructor Research & Outreach

Conduct online research to identify potential instructors across domains such as:

Music

Fitness & Wellness

Photography

Yoga & Lifestyle

Other skill-based categories

Evaluate profiles and shortlist high-quality instructors aligned with platform standards

Initiate contact via email, phone, LinkedIn, or social media

Schedule meetings and conduct introductory conversations

2. Instructor Onboarding

Guide instructors through the onboarding process

Conduct in-person meetings (if based in NCR)

Explain platform benefits, policies, and engagement model

Ensure proper documentation and profile completion

3. Community Monitoring & Engagement

Track daily onboarding numbers (users & instructors)

Reach out to newly onboarded members via email or calls to ensure smooth integration

Address queries and provide support when required

Maintain updated records and reports

4. Event Coordination

Coordinate with instructors for upcoming events/workshops

Support planning and execution of online and offline events

Manage communication and logistics

Ensure smooth participant experience
