Role Overview

Ctruh is seeking a Community & Partnership Intern to support the building, nurturing, and scaling of our ecosystem across communities, partners, and collaborators. Working closely with marketing, business, and leadership teams, you will help drive engagement, manage partnerships, and strengthen Ctruhs presence within relevant startup, tech, and industry communities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, coordination, communication, and ecosystem building in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Building & Engagement

Support the planning and execution of community initiatives across online and offline platforms

Engage with startup, tech, creator, and industry communities relevant to XR, AI, SaaS, and commerce

Assist in managing community touchpoints such as LinkedIn groups, WhatsApp/Slack/Discord communities, and forums

Help create and share community updates, announcements, and engagement posts

Track community growth, participation, and engagement metrics

  • Partnerships & Collaborations

Assist in identifying potential partners such as startups, agencies, platforms, institutions, and ecosystem players

Support outreach and coordination with existing and prospective partners

Help manage partner communication, follow-ups, and basic documentation

Coordinate internal teams for partnership-driven campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, or events

Maintain a structured database of partners, collaborations, and outcomes

  • Events, Campaigns & Execution

Support planning and execution of events such as meetups, webinars, demos, workshops, and ecosystem gatherings

Coordinate logistics, communication, and post-event follow-ups

Assist in collaboration campaigns with partners and communities

Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams for ecosystem initiatives

  • Research & Reporting

Conduct research on relevant communities, platforms, industry trends, and partnership opportunities

Track partnership performance and community activity through basic reports and dashboards

Share insights and recommendations to improve engagement and collaboration effectiveness

What Were Looking For

  • Experience & Skills You Should Bring

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)

Comfortable with outreach, coordination, and stakeholder interaction

Interest in startups, partnerships, communities, and ecosystem building

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset

  • Highly Desirable

Prior experience with student communities, clubs, events, or internships

Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, or community tools

Basic content writing or social media exposure

Interest in AI, XR, SaaS, startups, or emerging technologies

Confidence in speaking, presenting, and relationship-building

Location & Work Culture:

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Schedule: 6 days a week, (5 days-in-office, Saturdays WFH)
