Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, strategic Community Outreach & Engagement Lead to build, nurture, and scale our brand presence across top-tier academic institutions. This role is pivotal for driving organic adoption and advocacy among the student community by fostering deep relationships with student leaders, campus ambassadors, and developer clubs.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing high-performance campus ambassador programs at premier institutes (IITs, IIMs, and equivalent Tier-1 colleges) and understands the nuances of engaging top-tier student talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campus Ambassador Program Architecture: Design, launch, and manage an elite campus ambassador program, setting clear KPIs for growth, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Strategic Institutional Partnerships: Identify and cultivate long-term partnerships with student councils, coding clubs, entrepreneurship cells, and technical societies at top-tier universities.
  • Community Cultivation: Build and manage online and offline communities where student leaders and ambassadors can collaborate, provide feedback, and act as brand evangelists.
  • Engagement Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact campaigns, workshops, and events that resonate with tech-savvy students and aspiring professionals.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Act as the primary point of contact for campus ambassadors, providing them with the resources, training, and strategic guidance needed to represent our vision effectively on campus.
  • Feedback Loops: Act as the voice of the user internally, synthesizing insights from campus interactions to inform product strategy and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven Campus Experience: Demonstrated experience in building or managing ambassador programs, specifically targeting IITs, IIMs, NITs, and other premier Tier-1 institutions.
  • Network & Influence: An existing network of student leaders, placement cells, and tech club presidents is highly desirable.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build rapport with Gen-Z audiences and student influencers.
  • Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a relatable, engaging manner.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track engagement metrics, measure the ROI of community initiatives, and pivot strategies based on data.
  • Self-Starter: A founder's mindset—comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy and ambitious targets.

What We Look For
  • Someone who understands the pulse of campus life and what drives student advocacy.
  • A storyteller who can turn users into champions.
  • A strategic thinker who views community as a growth engine, not just a marketing channel.
