Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and commercially aware Community Operations Manager to build, manage, and grow our communities across both social and community platforms.

This role is not only about keeping groups active. It is also about helping the business grow. The person in this role will manage user communities, support academy and KOL-led engagement, and make sure our audience across channels like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and similar platforms keeps growing in the right direction. The role should help turn audience attention into real business impact. That means growing subscribers, improving engagement, supporting stronger video reach and watch quality, and helping move users from content and community into registration, first-time deposit, first trade, and long-term value.

This person will also work closely with Channel Operations to support the day-to-day management of KOL accounts and make sure those channels are not only active, but commercially effective. Alongside community work, this role should help keep KOL operations organized by supporting content schedules, campaign execution, livestream preparation, and weekly performance follow-up. That broader operations layer is one of the strongest parts of the French KOL Operations Manager model and fits well here too.

At the end of the day, this role should think beyond engagement only. It should think in terms of ROI and trading volume, and understand how audience growth, content engagement, campaign activity, and community operations contribute to business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow online communities across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, and other relevant channels
  • Support growth of social and content-facing channels such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms by helping improve subscriber growth, engagement, and audience activity
  • Keep communities and channel audiences active, engaged, and aligned with brand tone and business goals
  • Respond to user questions, guide users to the right resources, and keep communication smooth between the team and the audience
  • Help move registered users toward academy participation, first-time deposit, first trade, and stronger long-term engagement
  • Work closely with KOLs, academy, channel operations, retention, content, and marketing teams to move users deeper into the funnel
  • Support the day-to-day management and engagement side of KOL accounts together with Channel Operations
  • Track how video views, community engagement, and audience growth are contributing to registration, FTD, FTT, and overall business performance
  • Coordinate and support AMAs, webinars, podcasts, livestreams, community campaigns, launches, and announcements for the KOL
  • Collect audience feedback, common questions, objections, and pain points, then share insights with internal teams to help improve engagement, views, subscribers, and business performance
  • Support the launch and promotion of educational content, campaigns, and product updates inside communities and across relevant social channels
  • Track community and channel health metrics such as growth, engagement, response time, sentiment, participation, watch quality, subscriber growth, and conversion support
  • Moderate discussions and ensure the community remains safe, helpful, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve community activity, trust, subscriber growth, user movement across the funnel, and overall ROI
  • Manage moderators or support moderators where needed, and keep community operations structured and responsive
  • Reply to comments and audience questions across Telegram and other KOL social accounts to keep engagement active and reduce user drop-off
  • Support campaign planning and execution for different audience groups, and make sure campaigns are clearly communicated inside communities and KOL channels
  • Request and coordinate campaign materials such as banners, videos, promotional posts, and supporting assets when needed
  • Help prepare livestream calendars, livestream topics, promotion flow, and post-livestream follow-up across communities and social channels
  • Track weekly performance for communities, campaigns, videos, and livestreams, and share clear improvement ideas based on results
  • Help keep content and community operations organized through simple schedules, trackers, and follow-up discipline

Core Objective

Build and manage a strong community and channel engagement environment that increases trust, grows subscribers and active audiences, supports user education, and helps move users toward registration, FTD, FTT, and long-term engagement, while keeping KOL community and channel operations organized and commercially effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field
  • Proven experience in community management, social/community engagement, audience growth, or online audience management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with users clearly and professionally
  • Experience managing communities or audience engagement on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or similar channels
  • Good understanding of how community and social channels support engagement, trust-building, subscriber growth, and conversion
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong coordination skills to work with content, academy, marketing, retention, KOL, and channel operations teams
  • Good problem-solving ability and confidence handling user concerns or escalations
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with performance metrics, not only engagement metrics
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to keep schedules, trackers, campaign follow-up, and weekly reporting well organized
  • Comfort working closely with creators or KOLs and supporting their day-to-day operating needs
