Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Community Mobilizer role based in Raurkela. The Community Mobilizer will engage with students, educational institutes, and local stakeholders to promote HIREKARMA's services and build a strong, active community. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting outreach activities, sessions, and events to increase awareness of campus placement opportunities and skill development programs. The role involves supporting students through the recruitment journey, resolving basic queries, and gathering feedback to improve engagement and services. The Community Mobilizer will also collaborate with internal teams to share insights from the field, maintain accurate records of interactions, and contribute to community growth initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to build trust and long-term relationships with students, institutes, and partners.
• Proven community engagement abilities, including organizing events, sessions, or campaigns that drive awareness and participation.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, to address diverse audiences and explain programs effectively.
• Customer service orientation and community management skills to respond to queries, handle concerns, and maintain positive engagement.
• Ability to work on-site in Raurkela, manage field activities, and adapt to dynamic campus environments.
• Basic data and reporting skills to track outreach activities, participation, and outcomes using standard digital tools.
• Prior experience in community work, student outreach, training, or campus coordination is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background (e.g., in social work, education, management, or related fields) preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
