Flipp is flipping the way people work, eat, and learn. We're a café + coworking space in Balewadi where professionals, creators, and influencers come together. We're looking for an energetic intern to help us grow the Flipp community — both inside the space and out in Pune.
The Role
You'll wear three hats: promote Flipp, manage the space, and support events. You'll be on the ground — hosting guests, giving tours, running offline promotions, and helping our events come together. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being around people and making things happen.

What You'll Do
- Promote Flipp — drive offline promotional activities around Balewadi/Pune, and support social media and branding pushes to bring more people in.
- Manage the space — greet guests, give tours of the coworking space, host café-floor and member interactions, keep the experience smooth.
- Support events end-to-end — sponsors, guests, and on-ground operations.
- Support influencers & creators visiting the space with their requirements.
- BBA / BA / BHM / any graduate — students and freshers welcome.
- Strong spoken English and Hindi — confident, warm, and clear on the floor.
- Marketing or promotions exposure — social media, campaigns, or offline activations. A plus, not mandatory.
- Event exposure — college fests, conferences, or club events count.
- Warm, energetic, presentable — you genuinely enjoy being around people.
- Pune-based, able to commute to Balewadi.
- Available 5 days a week (some weekends for events).
- 15,000/month stipend

- Certificate and potential full-time conversion for strong performers
