Job Title : Community Marketer
Location: Chennai (Work From office)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow SparrowGenie's online community across platforms (LinkedIn, Slack groups, forums, etc.)
- Drive user engagement, advocacy, and organic awareness among sales & presales professionals
- Plan and execute community-led campaigns, webinars, and events
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to amplify brand messaging and gather user feedback
- Track community health metrics (growth, engagement, NPS)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of hands-on community building or community marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with sales enablement or enterprise software space is a plus
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking engagement metrics
