Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Community Manager at The Pet Point. The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with pet owners online, creating and managing social media content, organizing events, and building relationships with customers. They will also monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Event Planning skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Community Engagement experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of pet care and pet-related products
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the pet industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
