We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Community Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing our online and offline communities. Your goal will be to foster meaningful relationships with our audience, gather feedback, and turn users into brand advocates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and nurture our user community across platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Respond to comments, queries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Moderate community discussions and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create engaging campaigns for the community.
- Organise online events such as AMAs, webinars, contests, and challenges.
- Work closely with influencers and community champions to amplify engagement.
- Act as the voice of the community internally, collect feedback, identify pain points, and share insights with product, marketing, and support teams.
- Track community sentiment and proactively address concerns or misinformation.
- Identify and nurture power users or superfans to act as brand advocates.
- Design referral and reward programs to increase participation and retention.
- Monitor community health metrics (growth, engagement rate, sentiment) and share regular performance reports.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of social media and community platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Passionate about creating value-driven relationships with users.
- Bonus: Experience with community-building tools like Discord, Telegram bots, CRM tools, etc.
