Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Community Manager to work on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive, collaborative, and engaged online environment for our global network of experts. Your role will be critical in ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer support to foster a vibrant and active community. This opportunity is part of a leading platform that connects domain experts to the development of frontier AI models, enabling high-quality contributions at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and moderate online communities to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere, and take proactive steps to prevent conflicts and issues from escalating.
• Address customer complaints and questions promptly with empathy and professionalism, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement proactive engagement strategies to foster a vibrant and active community, including creating content, moderating discussions, and promoting user-generated content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the community experience.
• Work closely with the AI recruiter to ensure seamless integration of new experts and maintain a high level of community engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent customer support and community management skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of experts and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high degree of independence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the community experience.
• Experience with community management tools and platforms, including moderation software and content management systems.
