The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's online community in a way which builds brand awareness.They will work cross functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities
● Build the community from zero: grow a strong, engaged base of customers and advocates, both online and offline
● Own on-ground activations: plan and execute events, workshops, pop-ups, and intimate community gatherings that bring the brand to life
● Drive local partnerships: collaborate with studios, cafes, clinics, co-working spaces, and other relevant communities to embed Moom into the city
● Be the voice of the brand: engage daily with customers across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels, building real relationships and trust
● Develop a network of creators & ambassadors: identify and nurture local influencers and early fans who genuinely love the brand
● Create & capture local content: turn community moments, events, and conversations into content that feels authentic and shareable
● Act as our eyes and ears on the ground: deeply understand your city, surface insights, and help shape how Moom shows up locally
● Contribute to growth: support initiatives that drive acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase through community
Qualifications
● 3–4 years of experience in community, brand, or marketing roles
● Deep understanding of your city and its culture, trends, and communities
● Someone who loves being on the ground: meeting people, hosting, building relationships
● Strong social instincts: you know what content and experiences click
● Scrappy, proactive, and excited to build something from zero
