The Mission
We are building a premier event management arm focused on High-Energy Mixers. We need a Community Manager to be the voice of our brand, fostering engagement, managing attendee relationships, and growing our digital presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement: Moderate and spark conversations across LinkedIn, Instagram, and specialized community platforms (e.g., Discord or Slack).
- Outreach: Proactively identify and invite potential speakers, sponsors, and high-value attendees.
- Content Support: Repurpose event highlights into social posts and weekly newsletters.
- Member Support: Act as the first point of contact for attendee inquiries and registration help.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community building or social media management.
- Self-Sovereignty: Ability to work independently with minimal oversight (since the founder is in the trenches elsewhere).
- Excellent written English and a knack for professional yet high-energy communication.
- Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Luma is a plus.
