This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager, located in Mumbai. The Community Manager will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaging community within the co-working space. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and organizing events, managing member relationships, ensuring smooth operations of the space, and promoting Of10's values and culture.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Event planning and coordination experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
• Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools
• Experience in a community or customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
