Role Description As a Community Manager at MultiFit Wellness, you will manage and grow the local fitness community in Pune through on-site engagement and events. This full-time role involves organizing and promoting classes, workshops, and community activities, while building strong relationships with members, trainers, and partners. You will handle community communication across channels, respond to member feedback, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive experience for all participants. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams, tracking community metrics, and contributing ideas to improve member engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in community management, customer engagement, or member relations in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate group interactions and build positive relationships.
• Organizational and event coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, and managing on-site activities.
• Basic digital and social media skills to support community communications, announcements, and member updates.
• Enthusiasm for fitness and wellness, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse community of members.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune, manage a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a gym, studio, or community-focused organization is an advantage.
