Role Overview

We are seeking a Community Manager Intern to handle and grow various student, creator, startup, and professional communities associated with Guby Rogers Academy. This role is primarily outreach-focused and involves building strong relationships with students, colleges, communities, influencers, and organizations. You will play a key role in increasing engagement, expanding community reach, and strengthening collaborations through consistent communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and engage with various online and offline communities associated with Guby Rogers Academy.
  • Conduct outreach to students, colleges, creators, societies, startups and professionals for collaborations and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.
  • Handle communication through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, email and other networking platforms.
  • Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, networking events and community activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to promote community initiatives and events.
  • Respond to inquiries, maintain engagement, and ensure a positive community experience.
  • Create strategies to increase participation, engagement and audience growth.
  • Maintain records of partnerships, collaborations and outreach activities.
  • Stay updated with community trends, networking strategies and engagement techniques.

Requirements
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in outreach, relationship building and professional communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple communities and coordinate activities effectively.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, online communities and engagement strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in outreach, PR, community management or student societies will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing graduation in Marketing, Communications, Management or related fields is preferred.

Internship Details
  • Location:Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana (On-site)
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Internship Type: Full-time Internship
  • Device Requirement: Candidates must carry their own laptop
