- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and address their inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel, Microsoft 365, and MS-Word to create engaging presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the event backend industry.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote our events and drive attendance and engagement.
