About the role:

Are you a digital-native with a knack for creating thriving online communities Do you know how to turn clicks into conversations and likes into loyal followers We're looking for a Digital Community Manager who's ready to take charge, lead with creativity, and engage with people across the digital world.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and Engaging Communities: You'll be the mastermind behind growing and nurturing vibrant online communities across a range of platforms (social media, forums, blogs, you name it!). You'll engage in meaningful conversations, spark excitement, and foster lasting relationships
  • Strategizing & Coordinating: You'll ensure that the campaign messaging aligns with the latest digital trends and community vibes. Think of yourself as the traffic controller, ensuring all digital narratives are perfectly coordinated and drive engagement
  • Creating Content that Pops: Whether it's witty captions, eye-catching graphics, or thought-provoking posts, you'll be the creative genius behind content that gets noticed
  • Fostering a Positive Online Presence: Keeping things upbeat and positive in the community will be your top priority. You'll address concerns, manage tricky situations, and keep things friendly and fun
  • Engagement Wizardry: You'll use your magic to turn followers into loyal fans by building a space where they feel heard, valued, and engaged
  • Analytics and Tweaks: You'll geek out over data, tracking community engagement and using those insights to optimize your strategies. Every post, comment, and like tells a story, and you'll be the storyteller

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, community management, or public relations
  • Proven experience in managing online communities and creating buzzworthy engagement strategies
  • Creativity: You can come up with fresh and fun ideas that make your community smile
  • People Skills: You're a master at building relationships and making people feel heard even in a digital world
  • Strategic Thinking: You'll blend creativity with data to craft campaigns that not only engage but convert
  • Love for Social Media: You're always up to date with the latest trends and know which platform is best for each campaign
  • Excellent Communication: Whether it's a meme, a message, or a strategy pitch you know how to communicate effectively
