Role Overview
We are an ambitious startup building a secure, anonymous Executive Intelligence Platform. We are looking for a proactive, self-starter, and resourceful candidate with strong influencing & persuasion skill and someone who can roll up sleeves to attain outcomes.
The Community Growth Manager will play a critical role in expanding the platform by identifying and onboarding HR professionals across the region. The role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and ongoing engagement with members to ensure strong community growth and participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to HR professionals across the region using curated contact lists and databases.
- Introduce the platform, explain its benefits and onboard professionals to the platform.
- Guide new members through the platform during onboarding process.
- Maintain regular contact with onboarded members to encourage platform usage and engagement.
- Gather feedback from members regarding platform usability, features, and improvements.
- Share insights and suggestions with the leadership team to enhance the platform experience.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the professional network on the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 48 years of experience in consultative sales, concept sales is a must.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and professional networking.
- Ability to build relationships with HR leaders and talent professionals.
- Experience in HR, recruitment service sales, professional platforms, or SaaS businesses is highly desirable.
- Exposure to the Middle East HR or recruitment market is a plus.
Education:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
