Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager at Execube Co-work in Noida. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing our co-working community, handling member inquiries, coordinating member events, and maintaining a cohesive work environment. They will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the co-working space.

Key Responsibility

  • Maintain a presentable appearance at all times, embodying the professional image of the coworking space.
  • Actively generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients to drive membership growth.
  • Foster a welcoming and interactive environment for members, promoting engagement and collaboration.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and handling inquiries.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to address member needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Involved in the Sales & Vendor Management.
  • Lead and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensuring Timely collection of payments for respective accounts
  • Timely communication of invoices to respective member companies
  • On-boarding new members into the community
  • Ensuring standard monthly communication is shared with respective members.
  • Reach out to industry leaders and book them for events and master classes
  • Organize events within budget constraints to attract prospective members and create networking opportunities.
  • Strategize and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and visibility across platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and community dynamics to adapt strategies and enhance member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for community growth and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 - 5 years prior work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in co-curricular activities

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Experience in customer service and/or community management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Adept with Excel, Word and Power point
  • Experience with social media marketing and event management
  • Ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
