Qualification :

B.Arch or Bachelor in Interior Design

Technical / Professional

3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects)

Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)

3+ experience in reviewing designs,team mentorship, escalation and client management

Job Description / Responsibilities :

Manage community dynamics, and keep every freelancer aligned to the DC values, and

work processes.

Ensure timely delivery of DP projects

Ensure client satisfaction for all DP projects

Match projects and leads to most suitable DP as applicable and when necessary

Ensure DPs are sufficiently equipped for all design projects with regular updates on latest

guidelines, projects, incentive programs etc.

Ensure community stickiness through regular training and community sessions

Track competition and industry trends

Provide all necessary support to DPs to manage their projects and their clients

Any other responsibilities as may be assigned to ensure DP community health and growth

Desired profile of the candidate :

3+ years of hands-on experience in designing interiors (modular, residential projects)

Hands on experience in managing a team (2+ years)

3+ experience in reviewing designs, team mentorship, escalation and client management

Problem solver, and excellent at troubleshooting design issues for all stakeholders -

designers, clients and project teams

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proven ability in design + project management in interior design projects

Managed and mentored design subordinates and peers

Good working knowledge of modular interior projects
