About the Role
We're looking for a Community Management Intern who is passionate about transforming how students prepare for competitive exams through institutional partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who excels in relationship-building, understands the academic ecosystem, and wants to drive large-scale adoption of our platform in schools, colleges, and other hobby groups. You will work closely with the founding team to develop strategies for onboarding institutions, training educators, and other decision makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard educational institutions (schools, colleges, and hobby groups) as partners.
- Develop and execute tailored outreach programs to demonstrate the value of our platform to administrators, students and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and retention.
- Create and distribute institution-specific marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, success stories).
- Work with the product team to align platform features with the needs of educators and institutional workflows.
- Track the performance of institutional partnerships, including user engagement, adoption rates, and feedback.
- Represent the brand at educational events, seminars, and conferences to build credibility and expand our network.
Key Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree (no current college students).
- Background in Education, Business, Marketing, or STEM (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence educators and administrators.
- Ability to analyze data to measure the impact of institutional partnerships and suggest improvements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on results.
- Professionalism, ownership, and a passion for improving educational outcomes.
