Community Intern

We are seeking a Community Intern for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Community Intern, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with customers and ensuring an engaging and welcoming environment. You will assist in organizing community events, managing customer interactions, gathering feedback, and supporting the community management team in building a vibrant and loyal customer base. Your role will play a key part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience and fostering meaningful connections with our audience.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience with Community Engagement and Community Management
• Customer Service skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and foster community relationships
• Willingness to work in a dynamic on-site environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or community-led roles is a plus
