Intern Requirements

Eligibility : 2nd year students (department based on the tribe requirements)

Duration : 2 months (summer break)

Stipend:No stipendfor second years.

We're looking for passionate and creative interns to join multiple community-driven initiatives. If you love content, storytelling, design, or media, this is your chance to work on exciting projects!

Community – Lit Arcade

Content Intern (2)

• Create engaging word-based challenges (crosswords, riddles, treasure hunts)
• Draft rules and plan word game meetups
• Background in English / Literature preferred

Designer (1)

• Design word puzzles for the app
• Brainstorm game ideas & create prototypes
• Develop marketing creatives

Community – Reading Room

Content Intern (1)

• Create app content (interviews, posts)
• Engage with users & gather feedback
• Plan social media content & assist in events
• Fluent in Tamil (writing & speaking) required

Video Creator & Designer (1)

• Create videos for authors, publishers & events
• Design posters, book covers & social media creatives

Community – Creative Courtyard

Photographer (3)

• Create photo stories for the app
• Plan creative campaigns & competitions
• Assist in events & community engagement

Communities – Moving Stories / People of Chennai / Chennai Food Files / Champs of Chennai

Photographer (2)

• Capture and create engaging photo stories
• Work closely with community and events

Content Writer (3)

• Conduct interviews and write blogs/photo stories

Community – Take One Collective

Assistant Producer (4)

• Research & pre-production
• Mood boards & script development
• Manage shoot schedules & basic editing

Requirements:

• Own laptop (mandatory for all roles)
• Camera/phone & editing tools (for design/photo/video roles)
• Passion for content, storytelling & community building
