Role Description

This on-site volunteer role is based in New Delhi and involves active participation in community development initiatives. Responsibilities include engaging with local communities, organizing events, conducting outreach activities, and assisting in planning and implementing impactful development projects. The Community Development Intern will work closely with team leaders to ensure meaningful engagement and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Development to foster relationships and positively impact communities.
• Proficiency in Communication to effectively interact with diverse groups and present ideas clearly.
• Experience or interest in Project Management to assist in planning and executing initiatives effectively.
• Adaptability, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for social impact work.
