Community Development Intern

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Community Development Intern based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The intern will focus on engaging with local communities, facilitating programs and activities, assisting in project planning and implementation, and supporting initiatives that drive community and economic development. The role will involve coordinating with different teams, helping with events, and fostering collaboration among participants to ensure project impact and success.

Qualifications

• Create engaging Instagram reels, stories, and posts
• Collaborate with Ecstee on content campaigns
• Document events and community experiences
• Host a minimum of 4 weekend events per month
• Welcome and engage attendees during events
• Help create a fun and inclusive environment
• Manage and grow an Instagram page
• Interact with the community through comments, messages, and posts
• Encourage people to attend Ecstee events and activities
