We are looking for a high-energy professional who can coordinate the LPCC community while also driving corporate training partnerships and sales growth.
Role Description
- The Community & Corporate Training Growth Manager will play a dual role:
- Strengthening the LPCC Community
- Generating new corporate training opportunities
- This role requires someone who understands coaching, learning & development, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
1. LPCC Community Coordination
- Coordinate and manage activities of the LPCC coaching community
- Manage communication with LPCC coaches and members
- Support the planning and execution of:
- Masterclasses
- Community calls
- Learning sessions
- Events and meetups
- Maintain member engagement and participation
- Coordinate with coaches for programs, collaborations, and initiatives
2. Corporate Training Business Development
- Identify and approach companies for leadership training and coaching programs
- Generate leads through:
- LinkedIn messaging
- Networking
- Corporate outreach
- Referrals
- Schedule meetings and presentations with HR leaders and CXOs
- Coordinate proposals and follow-ups
- Work with LPCC coaches to deploy corporate programs
3. Social Media & Thought Leadership Support
- Actively manage professional presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Promote LPCC community initiatives and success stories
- Identify potential corporate leads through social platforms
- Support content promotion for Edify Labs programs
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship building
- Understanding of training, coaching, or learning & development
- Corporate networking and lead generation
- Social media engagement (especially LinkedIn)
- Event coordination and community management
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Background in any of the following preferred:
- Training / Coaching industry
- Learning & Development
- HR Consulting
- Corporate Sales
